Our groups of companies have also been associated with Project Management Services and have been involved in the Project management of HOTEL Le Royal Meridien Mumbai. We have executed number of projects on turn key basis and have in house expertise of co-ordinating various disciplines with civil works as well as in house Architectural support which enables us to prepare detailed shop drawings on Architects concept. Project progress, quantum and other aspects are monitored through Computer programmes based on CPM/PERT. The software being used presently is Yojana. However we are planning to switch over to Prima Vera offering a greater scope of monitoring.

QUALITY AWARENESS & QUALITY CONTROL

We have dedicated ourselves to quality awareness and quality control. A well-equipped laboratory is set up on each of our projects for monitoring quality control at site of works under a senior quality control Engineer. Construction activities are monitored on regular day to day basis, tests carried out and reports assessed both at site as well as at our head office. In cases where in house tests are not possible, we make arrangements for the specified tests through registered laboratories at regular intervals on approval of the Concerned Supervising agency. Regular training sessions are organised at our Head office for awareness in terms of quality control. We believe in our Clients Satisfaction for quality control with time bound Completion.
